If I haven’t mentioned it before, I’m no scientist so the following are my thoughts on what I understand to be true from an armchair researcher perspective. Take it for what it is and feel free to argue with me if you think the “science” is wrong, but as I read through “Slave Species of the Gods” (SSOTG) I am reminded that long ago I had heard about the so called genetic “first Adam” and “first Eve” and how science has determined that the first man and woman of our so called modern man variant originated out of Africa some 250,000 years ago. This fit in nicely with a theory that researcher Zachariah Sitchen had developed after translating various ancient near-eastern texts only recently discovered and made available to the public.
The author of “Slave Species” points out:
“The past fifty years have seen an explosion of new archaeological discoveries that have stunned scholars all over the world with its body of information. Over 500,000 clay tablets have been excavated and many of them have been deciphered. It is only in the past thirty years or so that the true meaning and relevance of the tablets has been identified by a handful of broad thinkers.“

According to one of those thinkers, Zechariah Sitchen, our ancient texts tell a story of a slave race that was created some 250,000 years ago in Africa by a group known as the Annunaki. This new slave race was created, in part, to mine gold for the Annuanki in gold mines of Africa.
Why Gold?
Sometimes I feel like I’m the only one who wonders why on earth gold became the standard for money. I’ve asked this question to LOTS of people, even people who consider themselves economists and it seems the popular answer is something like “well something had to be used to we just randomly picked gold”. In other words, in my opinion, no one, not even economist know why gold was the basis of money and wealth. Oh I’m sure someone has a clever answer why but it the end it seems it’s just a wishful guess. If you think about it, gold didn’t have a lot of use in the ancient world. Gold is a soft metal and not useful for tool making. In fact, the only thing we seem to know about gold in ancient times is that temples were inlaid with gold. In other words, humans who served the gods felt it was important to line their temples with gold to impress the gods. This too goes along nicely with the theory that the Annuanki created modern man as workers to mine gold for them.
The Creation of “Adam” and “Eve”
The author of “Slave Species” insists that the research in science supports the idea that something happened around 250,000 years ago which suggests genetic tampering or manipulation of life on earth. Life suddenly took a monumental jump in evolution which flies in the face of the traditional evolutionary theory. As an example, the author points out:
“Homo habilis (translation: handy man) was the first of its genus, who lived between 2.2 and 1.6 million years ago, with an average brain size of 500–750 ml. The next in line was Homo erectus, around 2 million–400,000 years ago, with a brain capacity of 800–900 ml. Then suddenly around 200,000 years ago a new species appears out of the blue with a brain 55% bigger. This calls for some serious investigation, since Darwin believes that evolution does not happen in jumps. How is it possible that such a species could miraculously appear, be able to think, able to reason, and able to calculate? There must be more plausible theories for this phenomenon.”

And further:
“In the past two decades scientists have shown conclusively and established with a relatively wide margin for error that both mitochondrial Eve and chromosomal Adam were created between 180,000 to 250,000 years ago.”

And further:
“It holds up the argument that humankind is not the final link of an evolutionary process that started with so-called apes and grew into primitive hominids, who in turn grew into intelligent humans. It goes a long way in supporting the argument that the Adam, or first man, was created by a conscious act of medical science some 200,000 years ago. This has been supported by tracking the Y-chromosome in the male population and arriving at a similar date. Is it a coincidence that this scientifically determined prehistoric date is in turn supported by the 1994 announcement by scientists that tracing mitochondrial DNA in females has placed the first Eve around the same time? These scientific discoveries have gone a long way in supporting the evidence that suggests Adam was created and when he was lonely, a female partner was created for him from his “essence.” It sounds like a great fairy tale that we read in the Bible, but it is also written exactly like this in Sumerian clay tablets, which predate the Bible by as much as 3,000 years. So where did the authors of the Bible get all their inspiration?”

I could go on and on and on about how the “Bible” mirrors this idea if you simply replace terms like “angels” or “gods” with “Annunaki” but I’d bore you to death so I’ll hold that for a more salient point in the future. For now, let us simply ponder the question. Did modern man suddenly originate in Africa some 250,000 years ago and do the ancient texts recently discovered support the idea that man was genetically altered/created around that time?
